Eligibility Criteria
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
- Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in relevant disciplines with minimum 60% aggregate marks (50% for SC/ST).
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as of April 30, 2025. Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.
Technician (Grade-II)
- Educational Qualification: Matriculation/SSC or equivalent plus ITI certificate (NTC) with NAC or one year of relevant experience in manufacturing processes.
- Age Limit: Maximum 27 years as of April 30, 2025. Age relaxation applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes.
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates (1:4 ratio) based on CBT scores.
- Final Selection: 85% weightage to CBT and 15% to Interview.
Technician (Grade-II)
- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 100 multiple-choice questions in 120 minutes.
- Trade Test: Practical test for shortlisted candidates (1:4 ratio) based on CBT scores.
- Final Selection: 85% weightage to CBT and 15% to Trade Test.
Negative marking of 0.25 for each wrong answer in CBT.
Salary Structure
- Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET): ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 per month plus allowances.
- Technician (Grade-II): ₹20,480 per month plus allowances.
