Application Process
- Registration:
- Visit the AWES Official Website.
- Click on the “Register for OST 2025” link.
- Enter your personal details, including a valid mobile number and email ID.
- Verify your contact details through the OTP sent to your mobile and email.
- Filling the Application Form:
- Log in with your credentials.
- Complete the application form with accurate information.
- Upload the following documents:
- Recent passport-sized photograph
- Scanned signature
- Proof of date of birth (10th mark sheet or birth certificate)
- Educational certificates (Degree certificates and mark sheets)
- B.Ed. or equivalent professional degree certificates
- Experience certificates (if applicable)
- Payment of Application Fee:
- Pay the examination fee of ₹385/- online via UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking.
- Submission:
- Review all the entered information and uploaded documents.
- Submit the application form.
- Download and print a copy of the completed application for future reference.
Selection Process
The selection process consists of three stages:
- Online Screening Test (OST):
- A computer-based test assessing basic knowledge, teaching pedagogy, and subject proficiency.
- The test comprises 200 multiple-choice questions.
- Each correct answer awards 1 mark; 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.
- Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews conducted by either the Central Selection Board (CSB) for regular posts or the Local Selection Board (LSB) for fixed-term posts.
- Evaluation of Teaching Skills & Computer Proficiency:
- Includes a written test (for language teachers) and assessment of teaching skills.
- Computer proficiency tests may also be conducted.
Admit Card
- Admit cards will be available for download from 20th September 2025.
- Candidates must carry a printed copy of the admit card along with a valid ID proof to the examination center.
Result
- Results will be declared on 23rd October 2025.
- Candidates can download their scorecards from the official website.
- The scorecard will display the total aggregate raw score, raw scores attained in each section, and the percentile score.
