1. Junior Executive (Engineering)

• Educational Qualification: 3-year Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years, with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory roles in sectors like petroleum, gas operations, retail fueling, petrochemicals, or fertilizers.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years as of May 1, 2025.

2. Associate Executive (Engineering)

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in relevant disciplines with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years, with at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory roles in similar sectors.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years as of May 1, 2025.

3. Junior Executive (Accounts)

• Educational Qualification: Graduation with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) and Inter CA/CMA (not final CA/CMA).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance, accounts, taxation, or auditing.
• Age Limit: 30–35 years as of May 1, 2025.

4. Associate Executive (Quality Assurance)

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Chemistry (Organic/Physical/Inorganic/Analytical) with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in chemical quality assurance.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years as of May 1, 2025.

5. Secretary (BPCL)

• Educational Qualification: Class X, XII, and a Bachelor’s Degree (3-year course) with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD); Diploma in Secretarial Practice is desirable.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a secretarial assistant or secretary.
• Age Limit: Up to 32 years as of May 1, 2025.

Note: Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC-NCL – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Ex-Servicemen – 5 years (with a minimum of 5 years’ service).

💰 Compensation

• Junior Executive: Pay scale of ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000; approximate CTC at minimum pay scale is ₹11.86 lakhs per annum.
• Associate Executive: Pay scale of ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000; approximate CTC at minimum pay scale is ₹16.64 lakhs per annum.
