Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Scientist D/E/F:
  • First Class BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in relevant discipline
  • OR Postgraduate in Engineering/Technology in relevant discipline
  • OR First Class Postgraduate Degree in relevant discipline
  • OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline

Experience

• Scientist D: 7 years of experience
• Scientist E: 11 years of experience
• Scientist F: 16 years of experience

Age Limit (as on June 23, 2025)

• Maximum Age: 56 years
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates

Salary Details

• Scientist D: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 per month
• Scientist E: ₹1,23,100 – ₹2,15,900 per month
• Scientist F: ₹1,31,100 – ₹2,16,600 per month

2. Hard Copy Submission:
   • After submitting the online application, take a printout of the application form
