Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech in relevant discipline with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks.
- Only candidates from 35 approved institutes (31 NITs + 4 others) are eligible.
- Candidates must have a valid GATE 2025 score in their respective discipline.
- Final-year students (2025 pass-outs) with no backlogs and at least 65% aggregate up to the 7th semester can apply.
- Minimum 60% marks in both 10th and 12th standards.
- Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as of May 31, 2025.
Salary & Benefits
- During Training (1 year): ₹55,000 per month.
- Post-Training (Senior Engineer): ₹56,650 per month plus allowances.
- Total CTC: Approximately ₹16.81 lakhs per annum.
