Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- MA / M.Sc in Psychology, or
- M.Phil in Psychology, or
- Ph.D. in any branch of Psychology cdfd.org.in,
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience as a practicing psychologist and/or in providing counseling services
- Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- M.Phil or Ph.D. in Clinical or Organizational Psychology
- Valid Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) License
- Experience as a Clinical Psychologist/Counsellor in an organizational setting
- Experience in conducting group sessions/seminars for employees
Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one counseling services to students and staff
- Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions
- Attend to emergency counseling needs outside regular hours without additional compensation

- Well-versed with Government of India rules and regulations, disciplinary matters, vigilance matters, court cases, grievance redressal, RTI matters, etc.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
